So the challenge begins...  It has always been a personal target of mine to run the London Marathon.  So my wishes have now come true (I will remind myself of this come what April !!) that I have a place in this iconic event. 

As my wishes have come true I would like to in return give some back to the great charity Make a Wish.

Make-A-Wish UK grant magical wishes to enrich the lives of children and young people fighting life-threatening conditions. Granting their wish provides seriously ill children with hope for the future, strength to cope and resilience to fight their condition. They look to transform the lives of 1,000's of children by granting their One True Wish!

This year I have already carried out work with this charity and to see this is truly heart warming and count myself so fortunate when we hear these stories.

Therefore I am sure you will agree that this is a cause worth supporting.

Having gone through a full training programme ready for the 2020 Marathon which was then obviously cancelled due to the Pandemic the training never really stopped and here we are on the journey for 2021 !!
