  Once again the London to Brighton bike ride is upon us and once again i am raising money for the British Heart Foundation.

    I am really not after any large donations but if you can spare a fiver than that would be amazing. Last year I dedicated my ride to my friends wife who died unexpectedly from heart problems. We raised £1,300 which was amazing.
