On the 9th of the 9th 2012, we will remember.

Eastleigh and Porchester SEKU (Shotokan of England Karate Union) Dojo (karate clubs) are hosting a fund raising Karate course in aid of injured Riflemen and supporting their families.

The course will take place on September 9th at Fleming Park Leisure Centre, SO50 9NL and the training will commence at 10am and finish at 12pm.

All Shotokan Karate students of all grades are welcome, the cost for training is £10 adults/families and £5 for juniors, donations will also be welcome.

Sensei Merv O' Donnell 7th Dan - Sensei Faye Cappleman 4th Dan and Nigel Hosking 2nd Dan will be hosting the course.

Please support this special course and for any further details please contact Nigel on 07971634216.

On the 11th hour, of the 11th day, of the 11th month 2011 I will be setting off from Peninsula Barracks, Winchester, the original home of the Green Jackets now The Rifles, on an 11 mile route march-run wearing boots and carrying a military bergen to Romsey in support of our Riflemen injured or killed on operations and their families.
