I knew of the amazing work St Luke's do  from when my mum spent her final days there in 2016. When the doctors realised there would be no benefit for my wife Carol to have any further treatment and they suggested moving her to St Luke's it was a terribly distressing time but I knew there was no better place for her. The care and attention she received was incredible and made her last days bearable for both her and our family. The nursing staff are inspirational and nothing is too much trouble. 

I am raising money to support the incredible work of the hospice by walking 70 miles in 4 days!
