This run is dedicated to the memory of Barbara Barham and Joan Gardner, both of whom passed away in 2009.

Two very special women who both meant a great deal to me.

And their passing has inspired me to do something positive to give something back.

I have chosen to support 'Help the Hospices' because, at the end of her life, Barbara Barham received excellent care from our local hospice, St Richards, in Worcester.  Their care and support extended to the whole family and was invaluable in our time of need. 

Please join me to support the Hospice movement and recognise the positive impact made by everyone working in this sector.
