Macmillan Cancer Support is always there to look after individuals and families in their moment of greatest need. Macmillan made it possible for my Mum to spend her last few days at home, surrounded by friends and family, rather than in hospital. Priceless. No idea whether I can make it all the way to London from Newcastle but please make it worth the effort!
