This is it...7th marathon in 7 years!! Let's see if I survive this one.

This time I decided to raise funds for Sparks (a children's medical research charity) seeing as my son and son to come (no name allowed to be made public yet!!) are making it very clear to me how fragile little children can be, and just how much help they could use in difficult times. I promise to make the effort to come in at under 4hours, as long as you guys promise to dig deep in your pockets.
