At Alzheimer’s Society we’re working towards a world where dementia no longer devastates lives. We do this by giving help to those living with dementia today, and providing hope for the future by campaigning to make dementia the priority it should be and funding groundbreaking research.

Story

Thank you for supporting me in raising much needed funds for Alzheimer's Society.

All of the money I raise will help support people living with dementia and their families, so your donation will make a huge difference.

Just £50 will pay for someone with dementia to go to a Dementia Café session every week for a month, where they can meet others, share experiences and feel less isolated. And the more I raise, the bigger the difference it will make.

Alzheimer's has no cure and is a disease that worsens as it progresses and eventually leads to death.

I am raising money for my Gramps who has recently been diagnosed with Alzheimer's by the RICE clinic in Bath. I hope to raise some money to help fund research and aid other families that are going through this too.
