Sense chose me to be part of their team for running the next London marathon because when I applied I told them about my Nanan who has Glaucoma, luckily she is receiving treatment for this but it can lead to vision impairment and even blindness.

Sense is a a charity who work with Deafblind people of all ages and also those with single sensory impairments such as visual or hearing impairments. Here is a link to senses' website:

Both running the marathon and fundraising are both extremely difficult tasks, and I appreciate any support made via donations. I have literally started training from not being able to run 2km without walking! I will keep you updated on my training progress for the marathon and fundraising activities on this page!
