As many of you would already know, mum was re-diagnosed with cancer in 2021, after 15 years being cancer free, it was a massive shock to us all. Ever since then I have been growing out my hair ready for the big chop.

Now, 18 months later and with mum now in remission, my amazing cousin (who has never even had more than an inch cut off yearly) has decided to join me after I finally reached my goal.

We are both ready for the big chop 🥹

All donations going to Guernsey Society for Cancer Relief who provide incredible assistance to cancer sufferers and their families locally.

The 20+ inches of chopped hair is going to Little Princess Trust who provide real hair wigs, free of charge, to children and young people who have lost their own hair through cancer treatment and other conditions.
