Hi!

In the words of the *great* Bruce Sprinsteen 'Baby you were born to run' ...well that's probably not true, but that's exactly what I am going to do be doing when I complete my first ever half marathon to raise money for Lukaemia and Lymphoma Research on the 25th of September.

This may suprise those of you who are more used to seeing me in my usual nocturnal environment...the pub, a gig (certainly not in my trainers)...but this is for a great cause. Lukaemia and Lymphoma Research is a fantastic charity - the only of their kind in the UK who are dedicated to finding a cure for blood cancers. 

So, if you have a pound or two to spare (or three, four or even five?!), it'd be great if you could sponsor me - you can check out the Leukaemia Lymphoma Research website below, they do lots of good work and deserve all of the money I can coax out of you lot!  ;)

Why do I deserve to be sponsored?
Because I'm going to run 21kms around London town and that ain't an easy thing! So pleeaaasseee part with as much money as you can for this great cause.
