Once again, I am taking part in the annual NSPCC Hack (Hike Against Cruelty to Kids) to be held on the costal path in St Davids, Pembrokeshire the 17th of Septembre 2011.</strong></em></p> <p><em><strong>I recognise times are tough for everyone but it is in times such as this when the NSPCC need your help even more,</strong></em></p> <p><em><strong>So if you have a couple of pounds to spare please think about the NSPCC.
