Story
Some of you may know I have a personal interest in MS.
Did you know that more than 100 people are diagnosed with MS each week?
During this time they will be feeling emotional, confused and chances are they will have a lot of questions. They need information they can trust and someone they can talk to, who understands what they are going through and help find what they need. The MS Trust are there for those 100+ people from day one, and everyday after.
For my Mission100 challenge I have set the goal to:
- Row or
- Run or
- Swim or
- Cycle or Walk (on days I feel tired)
- for 100km (100 000m)
- within 100 days
- starting from Jan 1st.
I have missed the start but I am eager to use the remaining days (76) to complete this challenge.
I will keep a log and take photos to keep track of my progress and will update you frequently.
The £100 (or maybe more?!) I raise during my mission could help the MS Trust to ensure these people have access to Making Sense of MS resource. It provides a brief introduction to multiple sclerosis and answers the questions most commonly asked after diagnosis.
