Story
Initially this trip and trek was planned just for me, to set myself and challenge and take in some views and culture. After a small amount of thinking it seemed to make sense to make even more out of this experience and to help others and do my part for charity.
I chose Birmingham Children’s Hospital Charity, as it is not only my schools chosen charity for the year but I have been inspired and in awe of the work that this charity complete through colleagues personal experiences. The money for Birmingham Children's hospital will be used to make a real difference to all those in the hospital. To make a scary and unsettling environment feel just like home. Your donations will to find new ways to treat and cure childhood diseases.
The trek itself goes over the span of 4 days with a total of roughly 25 hour or walking for a 42km distance reaching the highest peak of 13,769 ft. I have never attempted anything like this before and will be training from Jan 2019 to prep myself. Any donation will be greatly appreciated and goes to a wonderful cause.
P.S I wont have access to any real showers or toilets for the 4 days ... if that isn't worth a donation I don't know what is
