We fund research and provide support to improve blood cancer patients' lives

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I am running a half marathon (that's 13 miles or 20.9 km!) on Sunday 9th October.

I'm racing to raise money for Leukaemia and Lymphoma Research in memory of my Auntie.

The sole aim of Leukaemia and Lymphoma Research is to invest in research that brings the most benefit to patients with blood cancers including leukaemia, lymphoma and myeloma.

Around 28,500 people of all ages, from children and teenagers to adults are diagnosed with a blood cancer in the UK every year.

Leukaemia and Lymphoma Research focusses on finding the causes, improving diagnosis and treatments and running groundbreaking clinical trials. By funding research across the UK they ensure that all blood cancer patients receive the very best care at a leading local hospital.

I am aiming to raise at least £300 through the support of all the generous people I know!

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity, so it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now.

Thank you very much!
