I'm a 51 year old school secretary and have been awarded a running club place in the London Marathon. I feel this is my chance to do something good. My first thoughts were of Oliver at school bravely fighting brain cancer. MacMillan nurses are not only helping him and his family to combat his cancer but have also come into school to help his friends and teachers understand what he is going through and how they too can help. Oliver, his family, his friends and school staff have been very grateful for their kind compassionate help. I would love to take this opportunity to raise funds enabling Macmillan Nurses to continue to help Oliver and the many others battling against cancer.
