It would have been my Nan's birthday this week and so I thought I would do something in her memory. My Nan suffered from dementia and sadly passed away last year.

I have decided to do the memory walk to raise money for the Alzheimers Society so we can get closer to a cure for this horrible illness. I will also be remembering my lovely Nan as this falls close to the anniversary of her passing. 

My daughter Amelia will also be coming along with me but she gets the luxury of sitting in a pram :) and also some of my family will be doing this too.
