Story

We don't really consider ourselves to be runners as we've only recently completed the Couch to 5K but we've been talking about how we can keep up the momentum and then this challenge popped up.

For those that know our family, you'll know that the Cynthia Spencer Hospice provided outstanding care and support to Dad during his battle with cancer and where he passed away in July 2019.

So here we are, trying to do our bit to help raise value funds for a charity, so close to our heart, to allow them to keep making a difference.

This February in Lockdown 3.0 we'll be helping Spencer complete Mission 28. We will be completing 28 miles, more than a marathon, in 28 days whilst helping raise vital funds for Cynthia Spencer Hospice. As a charity, they need to raise £3 every minute to continue to provide specialist palliative care to their patients and families in our local community. Please help by sponsoring my miles as I strive to make each one count whilst their care team continue to work tirelessly on the front line throughout the pandemic to help others in need!Your support is truly appreciated. Thank you!
