Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
I am walking The Great Glen Way, Fort William to Inverness (77 miles) with my Aunt Jean this year to raise funds for St Luke's Hospice, Kenton Grange.
Two years ago, I walked The Cumbrian Way for the same charity and was very grateful for the sponsorship that I was given. However, am asking you again for your generous support to help me reach my target amount.
All expenses for equipment, accomodation and travel are met by Aunt Jean and I so that every penny raised goes to this very worthy cause.
St. Luke’s Kenton Grange Hospice is the local hospice for the population of Harrow and Northern Brent. The benefits to the local community of being able to offer a complete service of palliative and hospice care are widely recognised. Annual operating costs of the hospice are estimated at £3 million – your support in raising sponsorship will enable us to ensure the continuation of this vital service. The money raised by each of our annual walks has funded the year's drugs bill for the hospice.
Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Thank you, Nicola & Jean x
