Story

The Saphire Angels include my sister, Becki, her best friend, Vikki and myself.

We are doing the 5 mile walk for Illumathon to raise much needed funds for Trinity Hospice, they helped my Mum with her battle with Cancer when my parents moved to the Blackpool area in August 2014, sadly she left us on 27th April 2015. She visited the Hospice one day a week and they helped her to create a much loved memory box for Becki and myself. They were angels in Mums last hours making her comfortable. They were a huge support for Mum in the difficult times for her and also the rest of the family in the aftermath of our devastating loss.

The date is very appropriate as 29th August would be been my Mum and Dads 45th Wedding Anniversary and it is also Trinity's 30th Anniversary.

Hopefully Mum will be looking down on us feelling very proud of us but she will be thinking we are mad for doing this, due to Becki and my health conditions this is going to be a real challenge for us both.

Every penny really counts so please make a donation if you can, any amount is greatly appreciated.
