I am helping to raise money in memory of my friend Michael who tragically passed away last March as a result of SADS (Sudden Arrhythmic Death) when he was just 31 years old.

Michael was a fantastic person, who is missed terribly by all who knew him, but none more so than his wife Nicola, and gorgeous children Oliver 5 and Matilda 3.

I am proud to be part of the team cycling the 120 mile trip from his birthplace Coventry to his home in Portishead, arriving on the anniversary of his death, 3rd March 2011. I will only be doing part of the journey but with his family and friends I am hoping to raise money and awareness for this great cause.
