On the 19th September I will be running with my cousin in the Great North Run to raise money for a charity he's really keen to support....this is my first Great North Run and it would mean a lot (and make the pain I know I'm going to be in during and after the event a lot easier) if you could support me, my cousin and the Charity - Muscular Dystrophy Campaign.
