Just over 5 years ago our sister Elizabeth died of a heart attack. 

Elizabeth was 33 years old.

There are 12 young sudden deaths a week and every loss is heartbreak.

On April 17th 2011 I am attempting to complete the London Marathon and am raising money for the charity Cardiac Risk in the Young (CRY).
