<p>Just over 5 years ago our sister Elizabeth died of a heart attack.&nbsp;</p> <p>Elizabeth was 33 years old.</p> <p>There are 12 young sudden deaths a week and every loss is heartbreak.</p> <p>On April 17th 2011 I am attempting to complete the London Marathon and am raising money for the charity <strong>Cardiac Risk in the Young (CRY).</strong></p> <p>If you would like to sponsor me - thank you, but we all have charities close to our hearts so can you please just keep everything crossed that I just get over the finish line.</p> <p>Thank you...Love Nicola xx</p>
