Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.  I am taking part in a 6 mile run around the "sights" of Kettering (it's 6 laps around the same route as there aren't that many sights...) on the 26th of July for the Cardiac Care Appeal at Kettering General Hospital.  I'd been thinking about doing the run for a while, then my uncle died suddenly in May from a heart attack so it's more important than ever to raise lots of money.

 

I've also managed to book a work trip to Vietnam for the same week and only get back 48 hours before the race so will have the additional challenge of running with jet lag too!
