In 2021 my life changed when I was diagnosed with a kidney disease and bone disease, causing me to have to take lots of medicine and have lots of hospital appointments and tests. 

Through my paediatrician, I was lucky enough to be nominated for a place with Dreamflight 2022 to go to Orlando, which changed my life again, but this time for the better. 

This trip took 191 other children with long term conditions to Orlando, Florida, for 10 days. I have made life long friends, memories which will last forever and it has helped me feel much happier about my condition.

Please sponsor me to swim the icy harbour water on Christmas Day so I can give other children like me, the opportunity to go on a Dreamflight trip and have their life changed for the better too.
