Story

I have been working alongside The Watford Salvation Army who have been so amazing in supporting families and the local Community by sourcing and delivering essential food boxes  along with my school colleagues. Their COVID -19 EMERGENCY RESPONSE team offer BaSics  Boxes which contain essential foods and household items. We are working hard to ensure some of the most vulnerable children and families are #ThrivingNotJustSurviving.

Save the UK's CharitiesGeneral fundraising has been hit very hard by the COVID-19 pandemic. Thousands of fundraising events have been cancelled and many charities, particularly smaller ones, are struggling to maintain services because of this huge reduction in income . This includes Watford Salvation Army.  In order for their fantastic work to continue, we need to raise more funds. Each box costs £25  and we have delivered over 150 boxes since the crisis

I’ll be cycling and going nowhere, staying in, and completing 26.2 km on the 26th April 2020 tosupport local families

So please donate whatever you can, I’d really appreciate it!
