We help the hospital offer a better future to seriously ill children across the UK

Story

Me, my brother, cousin, mum and stepdad, are running the 10k to raise as much money as possible for Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children, to say thank you for what they have done for me over the past 4 years.

I was admitted to GOSH for the first time in February 2011, after complications with previous surgery, as I required their specialist care. Since then I have had 8 operations and spent several months overall in Sky Ward. The hospital is the smoothest running, friendliest hospital I have ever experienced. We want to raise money for them because they have done so much for me to make my life better and all this stuff easier.

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page and please donate if you can.

(I just want to raise enough money to get fans for every patient in every room as it gets rather hot in summer and you can't open the windows because we are too vulnerable to germs and other things from the outside world.)

My recovery is going really well and I want to thank not only the hospital but all my family and friends for being continuously really really lovely and carrying my stuff everywhere when I'm weak (and lazy).
