Neil passed away on the 23rd of September 2010, after a long illness.

He was diagnosed with chronic liver disease in 2005, combined with Hepatitis C and was placed on a transplant list in 2009.

Neil did not let his circumstances restrict what he did with his life and we enjoyed many special moments together, in the short time we had.

I have chosen the Hepatitis C Trust, which is a patient-led organisation. Their aim is to offer support, representation and raise awareness about this condition.
