Ok so I am doing the Bupa Great North Run, it's 13 miles (half of a marathon!) and so far training was going ok until I made the big move tup north and am now contending with hills, they slow me down, I miss the flat streets of London Town but it is all for a very worthy cause Martin House Hospice. It's a hospice for children with life limiting illnesses that support both them and their families. To have a look at the amazing work they do visit www.martinhouse.org.uk

The hospice relies almost entirely on donations and they need to raise funds of around £4 million a year.
