Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I'm running the Great North Run for the very last time after realising this year I'm getting old!!!!  My knees feel like they are giving way but for my sins ... I'm going to give it one last shot.

For those of you who have visited my page before, you will know that I do the run to raise money for the British Heart Foundation after losing my dad to heart disease.  His life was cut too short and if the money I raise makes 1 life easier, it will be worth the 13.1 miles of misery.
