In June, we will be undertaking the National Three Peaks Challenge - climbing the three highest peaks of Scotland, England and Wales. Snowdon (1085m), Scafell Pike (978m) and Ben Nevis (1345m) must all be scaled... within 24 hours.

We are walking on behalf of Mind, the mental health charity providing advice and support to empower those experiencing mental health problems. Mind campaign to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding and believe no-one should have to face a mental health problem alone.

Mental health problems do not discriminate, and so many of us have witnessed or experienced their impact. Anything you can spare, no matter how small, is so very appreciated.
