Pink Sisters is a local support group based in Stoke on Trent and available to anyone who has been touched by Cancer and are undergoing treatment, living with or surviving Cancer.
A number of the ladies (and friends and family) recently abseiled off Millers Dale bridge in Derbyshire to raise money for the group so that they can eventually open a drop in centre and cafe, this will be a lifeline for members wanting information, advice or just a chat.
The charity is close to my family’s heart as my Mum is one of the members, she was the oldest to abseil off the bridge...well done Mum! (Myself and my sister also did the abseil!)
One of my favourite bands is Doves, they recently started up again so I got in touch with them to ask if they could sign some prints that I’d made (I do this in my spare time). I was so pleased when their manager got in touch and agreed! He also very generously donated £150 to the charity himself! Thanks Dave Rofe!
There are 5 prints, they are limited to just 5. All professionally printed on 250gsm silk cardstock. I am doing this as a raffle, £2 per entry. Then the winners will be drawn out of a hat on 7th June. You can have as many goes as you like, just donate in multiples of £2 then I’ll put your name in the hat twice, three times etc.
Just please make sure I can see your name, so when you donate, please add your name to the donation, else all I see is anonymous!
