Story
This year is coming to an end and my lord, it has been an interesting one.
From January 1st, I will be taking part in Red January again for the charity mind. Unlike last time, I will not be running 3 miles every day. This year, I'm starting from a more difficult place and I will be mixing up running, weight training, moky and walks with the girls. Just something every day. From where I have been, this in itself is a huge challenge for me.
Exercise has always been that escape from my own mind but recently, just getting through each day has been a priority. It is now time to start becoming me again and give a helping hand and raise awareness for mental health.
Thank you to everyone that has helped me this last year, this is my little way of giving back. 🥰🥰🥰🥰
Tyneside and Northumberland Mind provide local mental health services and support to anyone in our region who is struggling with mental health problems. We rely on the support of local fundraisers and donors to provide counselling, mental health wellbeing and peer support groups, mental health awareness training and support services throughout our region. 1 in 4 people in our region will struggle with a mental health problem and we are here to ensure no one has to deal with this alone.
