My name is Nicola and I'm running the Bupa Great Manchester Run for The British Heart Foundation.

This is going to be the longest 10K of my life so I'm hoping to raise some money for this great charity along the way!

This charity is close to my heart for a couple of reasons, firstly two of my grandparents died with heart problems and secondly two kids I know have grown up without their mum. This is for you Elaine!
