Hiya!

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. As you are aware on Sunday 11 July 2010- I will be taking part in a 10K run - I know, I can't quite believe it myself, as I don't run EVER...!

Suzy Lamplugh Trust is the national personal safety charity and aims to help everyone in society to lead safer, more confident lives. Through advice, information, resources, training, community talks and projects, it deals with issues from walking alone at night to staying safe whilst keeping fit, from people working in vulnerable situations to children using the internet and from reducing elderly people's fear of crime to raising awareness of the dangers faced by boys and young men. It works throughout the UK to give people the information and skills they need to live their lives to the full, confidently and safely.
