Mehmets Barbers have agreed to shave my head to help raise money for Fresh Hair Wigs and Beauty at UHNM Royal Stoke Hospital.

The staff at Fresh Hair have so much passion and enthusiasm for what they do it's infectious. They are trying to expand their service but the funding they need is sadly lacking so it's down to people like us to help. They enable people regain confidence and improve their body image following health problems and illness. Providing not only wigs for those with hair loss, but also makeup advice and therapeutic beauty treatments. More details can be found on this short video

If my hair is long/healthy enough I will donate it to the little princess trust who make wigs for children so hopefully it will also go towards helping someone.

Having lost two family members to lung cancer and another being treated for breast cancer, I felt its my turn to help give something back. Please help support this amazing cause (and get to see me lose my hair in the process!) The date is currently set for 7th May at 2pm but it won't happen until I've raised at least £1,000 -  I think it's worth it!!!!!
