Story
So here we go, marathon number 5 and my final attempt to go under 4 hours. The long, hard struggle in training to be fit enough to run 26.2 miles is nearly over! This time, I'm running for Mind due to my previous experiences with mental health, both directly and indirectly.
There's plenty of personal reasons for me to dedicate this marathon effort to the Mind charity, a support network, not just for depression sufferers but all mental health sufferers and to help raise awareness that we are not alone in the struggle.
