Most of you may know that we lost a member of our family very recently.

Nathan's four children have been left with a huge void in their lives since his sudden death last  year.

This charity has provided valuable support and advise for my sister  on how to deal with the children's grief since the loss of their father.

This year in Nathan's memory  Darren and I will be running the Brighton half marathon for this fantastic charity that support bereaved children through the toughest of times.
