Story

On the 25th January 2022 my beautiful Mum was diagnosed with a grade 4 GBM ( Glioblastoma, the most aggressive type of brain cancer) I had never even really heard of this before and never, in my wildest dreams or nightmares, expected to hear this news. My Mum was so brave and wanted to enjoy every minute we all had together. There are lots of regrets and one is if we’d of recognised the symptoms or were even aware of the symptoms we could have asked for checks earlier but we will never know if anything could of been different for us but perhaps in the future other people won’t have to go through what we went through. That is why we are doing this walk and hopefully raising some money to fund and raise awareness of any brain cancer but especially GBM. We’re asking that you join us on March 25th for our Twilight Walk in Dalby Forest and Walk it Your Way! Or if you could donate to a very worthy cause.
