Hi Guys,

Thanks so much for visiting my page and donating to a very worthy cause. I am here to raise money for the Moon Bears in China working with Animal Asia who are doing amazing work to help the bears have a better life. Here is a bit about the bears:

In countries across Asia, thousands of bears live a life of torture on bear farms, so that their bile can be extracted and used in traditional medicine to cure ailments ranging from headaches to haemorrhoids. Bears are confined in cages which vary from agonisingly tiny "crush" cages to larger pens, all of which cause terrible physical and mental suffering. 

So I hope you can help to raise some money to help fund the charity. If you would like more information about their work, just click on the Animal Asia link. Although its very sad, there are some stories with a happy ending for the bears.

As for me, I will be taking to the skies and doing a day of paragliding (my 1st time). I will no doubt be crapping myself as I'm not all that great with heights and to top it off I am looking for a bear costume too to wear for the event. Will hopefully get pics for you too.
