We campaign, educate and support SCI people to allow everyone to live a fulfilled life

Story

I am doing my first ever 10k!!

I'll be running the Royal Windsor 10k River Trail event on Sunday 19 May 2019.
Here are details of the event:

It would be wonderful if you could sponsor me.  All proceeds are being donated to the SIA (Spinal Injuries Association) who provide support for the thousands of British people every year people whose lives are suddenly and permanently changed by spinal injury.

Those who have been devastated by spinal injury receive only limited help from the NHS, often being left with not just loss of mobility, but constant and agonising pain as well.

The SIA are a volunteer organisation who help them get back some of the fulfilled life that they once enjoyed.

You can read more about the SIA here:

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity. So it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
