Susan and I have decided to challenge ourselves and take part in the Norwich 50 mile charity Bike Ride. Having experienced a huge tradgedy last year when my husband's father died suddenly from a massive heart attack it seemed apt that the ride is in aid of The British heart Foundation.

Having made the decision to take part at the last minute 1st June to ride 5th June it would be great to receive your support and if you felt like sponsoring us that would be brilliant!!!
