I've basically copied and pasted some of Holly's page - glad there isn't copyright attached to my little sis!

We are doing a 10K race on 25th May for Diabetes UK, Holly's fundraising page is  http://www.justgiving.com/hollydelanougerede if you'd like to donate to hers as well  :-)  we need to raise as much money as possible! 

Holly was diagnosed 8 years ago with Type 1 and she is now on 4 injections a day. She is so brave and it took so much adjusting for someone so young, but also shows this can happen to absolutely anybody - we need to raise as much money as possible.

Too many people of all ages are dying in a diabetic coma's and end up with complications such as kidney disease, heart problems, loss of sight, amputations and nerve damage. 

Please sponsor us for as little or as much as you can, we really appreciate it, and we will run our socks off past that 10k finishing line!!
