Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.  I know we all get lots of sponsorship requests and thank you for popping by. 

I am doing this for the Royal Marsden Cancer Charity in memory of an inspirational friend of mine, David Pinnington, who tragically died in January 2013 aged only 37. The Royal Marsden do stellar work and, together with David's unrelenting energy, they gave David and his young family an extra 2 precious years together. 

As for me, after a few years break from Triathlons - which has coincided with kids and (ahem) modest weight gain! - I am literally getting back in the saddle to tackle Windsor once again. After all, how hard can it be?

Now where are my cycle clips?
