We help blind people of all ages to learn, aspire, and get more out of life

Story

Hi I’m Nick and I’m running the Milton Keynes Marathon on 29th April 2012, so I thought I’d raise some money for Living Paintings. My girlfriend works for the charity plus my mum volunteers too, and I grew up in Kingsclere, where they're based.

Living Paintings are a FREE library of Touch to See books that bring to life the visual world for blind children and adults. They make the cool tactile+audio books in their production room and distribute them, UK wide, via their postal library. They have a small staff team and an army (just over 250!) of dedicated volunteers.
