Story
I've joined a team to climb the Oxendale Horseshoe (a series of high mountain ridges) in the Lake District.
Having visited Nepal myself, I am now keen to help the devastated communities. I stayed in Kathmandu and spent 2 weeks in the village of Langtang which I used as a trekking base. The village was wiped out in just a few seconds by a huge landslide following the earthquake, destroying virtually all of the houses and killing around two hundred people. Many of the survivors are now homeless and your donation would help provide them with safe water and sanitation.
