Story

I have chosen to donate to the RFU Injured Players Foundation as my charity for the London Marathon 2022. This is the first time I have raised money for charity and wanted it to be something relevant to me.

Playing rugby is important to me and this charity is there to support players who get catastrophically injuried whilst playing. A lot of these players will be players who play socially (but seriously) such as myself who work hard to support their families. The IPF is there to support, guide and empower these injured players through recovery and rehabilitation to live a full and independent life.

I aim to raise the target amount to do my part in giving something back to the sport and those who need it the most. I am very grateful to the charity for giving me the opportunity to run for them in the London Marathon.
