Hi once again i am participating in the British Heart Foundation London to Brighton cycle ride on the 20th June 2010 .I am taking part again for all my family and friends who have passed away or have suffered heart trouble in the past and some that currently are so its a charity close to my heart and means a lot to me so once again i want to raise as much money as i can to help keep these hearts beating .
