Sally, Simon, Nick and Ben - remembering their dad...

Dad lived a long and healthy life which began in the age of the silent movie and ended in the age of the internet. He had 4 children, 12 grand-children and one (and a bit) great grand-children. He spent much of his life travelling the world, first as a merchant seaman, then as an avid tourist. He was fiercely independent, refusing to leave his flat until the very last days of his life.

Dad wanted a simple funeral and would not have wanted mountains of flowers. If you would like to pay your respects please do it through a donation to Age UK rather than by sending flowers.
