True to form I have left it a little late to set up a fund raising page for the London Triathlon I'm doing on Sunday 31st July. I also managed to leave the training a little late too....but I have been trying hard in the last few weeks to make sure I at least survive the impending pain I'm about to go through!

I have chosen the British Heart Foundation as both Soph and I have lost relatives to heart disease and stroke so any contribution would be greatly received. It would also spur me on to beat a certain umpa lumpa!
